Minimum order is $ 100,- excluding postage & packaging.

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please write to us or e-mail us within 3 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone.

Orders which already in process can be canceled anytime, in this case the down payment will not be refunded.

How to Pay

Preferred method of payment. We only accept Bank Transfer.

A Down payment of 50% from the total amount has to be transferred after you placed the order.

Once your goods a ready to ship, the rest payment has to be transferred.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Shipping charges to countries not listed are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote, which is depend on the quantity of your order.

Back Orders and Out Of Stock Items

We aim to keep our online shop stock as up to date as possible, but sometimes due to high demand some items may be out of stock. You will not be charged for these items and this will not affect any discount you may be entitled to.

Usually out goods are specially produced for you, depend on your order it will take up to 4 weeks before your goods are ready to ship.

Returns

If you need to return any products, please do so within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will either replace the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return of printed goods is at management's discretion.

Faulty Goods/ Our Mistakes

Please contact us if you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect products.

Sizes and Measurements

Sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Pack quantities are approximate. We try to ensure that the minimum pack quantity/ weight is achieved on average. Whilst we do our best to remove any misshapen or imperfect items during the packaging process, we cannot ensure that all items in the pack will be 100% perfect.

Descriptions of Products

All beads are pictured in full color as close to the actual beads as possible. Color may vary from batch to batch. Colors may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or water. Semi-precious beads and chips are actual semi-precious stones. Sterling Silver (STS) is real Sterling Silver. Other references to e.g. amethyst, gold, silver etc. are only descriptive of the color and the products are not actually made of the material. Antique is a description of a product that looks antique.

Euro Nickel Directives En1810, En1811, En12472. The majority of our metal findings and other beads comply with the directives. Those that do contain higher level of nickel are clearly marked. 99% of our plated findings are plated in the Indonesia for us.
